Our History
Credite Capital Finance and Investment Limited is a wholly owned Private Limited Liability Company, incorporated in Nigeria with RC 615333 on July 27, 2005, to transact all classes of financial services by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) with licensed number FC000345. In January 2015, the company was restructured and recapitalised to the tune of N100.0Million which is the required minimum capital base for a Finance company as directed by the CBN under a new Board and Management team. The Board of Directors comprises of individuals with impeccable and proven track records in their various fields of endeavours thereby bringing several years of experience to bear upon the Board. The Company is being managed by seasoned professionals who have integrity in the Nigerian Non-Bank Financial Institutions. The company is positioned to harness the opportunities and challenges provided by Nigeria growing economy and thereby offer a customer –oriented services in which we recognize our clients as partners in progress.
